Committee Meeting & Troop Meeting Thursday, at Central Congregational Church - 6:00pm Committee / 7:00pm Troop

There will be a Committee Meeting & PLC Meeting held this Thursday, 10/13, starting at 6:00pm at the Central Congregational Church, 2 Webster Street, Middleboro.

Immediately following the Committee Meeting, we will have our regular weekly Troop Meeting.  This will also be held at Central Congregational Church.

We are requesting that all Scouts please bring in their most current medical forms, as we are gathering all of the medical forms into a Troop binder.  Having current forms on-hand will greatly ease the logistical burden when we are planning trips with the Scouts.  As a reminder, overnight events require a completed medical form to be on file with the Troop.  If we do not have a current medical form, the Scout will not be allowed to attend the overnight event.  Please complete parts A, B, & C, paying attention to the sections where your doctor will have to sign.  As a reminder, medical forms can be found here.  Please note that if you went to summer camp this year, your form was returned to you at the end of camp.  You can use the same form, as long as it has not expired.  Please bring what you have to Mrs. Swindle Thursday evening.

Mr. Devine will be meeting with the Backpacking Merit Badge Scouts as some point during the Troop Meeting.
