Lost and Found Sash

Some one who has 3 merit badges on the sash (First aid, computers and another) left it at the COH. I have and will bring it to meeting. Just wanted to let you know so you don't go nuts looking for it like some family I know!

No campout this weekend!

The possible campout this weekend (1/13-1/15) is cancelled, couldn't get the site and the leaders in time. But the Klondike one is on, and we will prepare for it over the next few weeks.

Eagle COH update, times

Saturday, 3pm, Parish Hall
We will meet to set up and do a dry run through of the ceremony. (yes, we actually rehearse for these ones). there are reading parts and we will need all the help we can get to make this happen, so please be there. Should only take an hour to an hour and a half.

Please return to the hall NO LATER THAN 5:30, fed and dressed in FULL Class A uniforms. WE need to greet and seat people as they arrive, and need the ceremony to start promptly at 6. There will be somebody there by 5pm if you need to come back earlier.

Eagle Court of Honor set up

While we will try to get as much ready at tonight's meeting as possible, we will be looking for help Saturday, possibly at 3pm to get ready, and then again at 5 to rehearse and greet guests, and of course, to help break down after. We will determine exact times at tonight's meeting, so check back often.
