4 scouts (1st class or above) needed at Camp Norse this Saturday

 

• The Magee Cabin was damaged by a tree during one of the storms, causing several holes in the roof of the cabin. 
• The main task that you would be doing as a volunteer will be moving roof shingles into a truck.
• A pizza lunch will be provided to anyone who volunteers you need to arrive by 9 AM
• Please contact Justin, he will fill you in when he gets more details

Hike March 24th

Mark your calendar!
There will be a hike on Sunday the 24th at the Stuart Morgan Property on the corner of Long Point Road and Marion Road in Middleboro at 12:30 PM
This will fulfill the 2nd class requirement and also a merit badge.  Details to follow.......

Updates for this week

Hello Everyone:
Several Updates:

1. Green Bar and Committee Meeting postponed until the 21st of March.
2. Regular Troop Meeting this Thursday 7PM - 8:30PM
3. Summer camp is fast approaching!!!!!! The dates are: 8/4 - 8/10 camp will be held at Camp Squanto in Plymouth, MA
4. New medical forms can be found at:  http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/part_c.pdf 

Forms will be due at the end of May early June. These forms will need your physician's signature and a current physical. If you require an EpiPen or inhaler during camp you will need a separate form which I will upload separately. (Stay tuned)

Arrow of Light Ceremony & National Geographic Channel

On Wednesday March 6th the Annawon Council Arrow of Light Ceremony will take place at Bishop Feehan High School at 7PM.  We will have some representatives from the troop in attendance but we can always use more.  Arrive 15mins early. Class A uniforms!!! Mr. Boersdamm has offered to take some scouts so please email him by Tuesday if you would like to go. 

"Are you tougher than a Boy Scout" will be on the National Geographic Channel Monday March 4th at 8PM
