Troop Dues

The dues for the 2014-2015 year are due by October 23, 2014 (this date will also be our first Court of Honor for this year).  Please be sure you have your dues in to the Troop on or before October 23rd.

Thanks to everyone who helped with the water station for the Food Pantry 5K this morning!  It was an warm morning, and the runners/walkers really needed the hydration!  Thanks!!

Just a Reminder . . .

Tonight's Troop meeting is upstairs at the Parish Hall at 7:00 PM.

Webelos Woods

This weekend is Webelos Woods at Camp Norse.  If you are attending, arrival time is 5:00 PM.  Our campsite is Kolli, which is Site #8 on the Camp Norse Map.  Please be sure participants eat dinner before they arrive on Friday night.

If you plan on arriving on Friday night, drop off is at 6:00 PM at the main parking lot.  You can also arrive on Saturday morning at 8:00 AM.  Attached is a suggested packing list if you are unsure of what to bring.

Aside from the Troop Trailer, vehicles are not to be driven to the campsite.  Personal gear needs to be packed in and out.  Parking in the main Norse lot only.

Food Pantry 5K / Water Station

The St. Vincent dePaul Society/Sacred Heart Food Pantry is holding its annual 5K on Sunday, September 28th at 10:00 AM.  They have asked the Troop for volunteers to man a water station along the route, but because that is Webelos Woods weekend, it will be difficult for any scouts to volunteer.  It is a time commitment of two to three hours starting around 9:00 AM, and would be a great way to give back to the Troop's sponsor, Sacred Heart Church.

Reminder - Eagle Project Help Needed Tomorrow

Just a reminder, Connor Gilson will be working on his Eagle Scout Project tomorrow - Saturday, September 20th at Middleborough High School from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (in two shifts - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM).  Please lend a hand if you can!
