Meeting This Week at Carabiner's

There will not be a regular Troop meeting this week because the Parish Hall is being used.  Instead, we will be meeting at Carabiner's in New Bedford on Thursday, October 16th at 7:00 PM for rock wall climbing.  If you have not begun the Climbing merit badge, this is a great opportunity to get started!  For those who have only a few requirements left, you can work on finishing.

Every Scout that attends MUST complete the 3 page registration form (below), and it must be signed by a parent/guardian.  The cost for this event is $10.00 per scout.  Please bring the completed form and $10.00 fee to Carabiner's with you on Thursday.

Eagle Project - Help Needed

On Saturday, October 18th, Connor Gilson will again be working on his Eagle Project at Middleborough High School.  He will need some volunteers to help him cleaning up the cross country trail.  There will be two shifts - from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.  Please try to come by and lend a hand!  Lunch and water will be provided.  The track is located at the behind the high school.  Unlike last time, please enter the trail from the opposite end (not near the track - please park near the gym.  The entrance is near the backstop of the baseball field.

Reminder - Troop Meeting Tomorrow Night

Just a reminder . . . tomorrow night's Troop meeting is at the Fr. Shea Center, not the Parish Hall.  The Fr. Shea Center is next door to the Parish Hall and the meeting will be held on the lower level at 7:00 PM.

October 9th Troop Meeting

This week's Troop Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 9th at the Fr. Shea Center, next to the Parish Hall.  The hall is being used by the church this week.

Also, just a reminder that Troop dues of $100.00 are due on or before October 23rd.

Washburn Island - Trip Canceled

Per Mr. Lamoureux, this weekend's campout on Washburn Island has been canceled as the weather is going to be unfavorable.

REMINDER - Committee Meeting & Troop Meeting

There will be a Committee Meeting tonight, October 2nd,  upstairs at the Parish Hall at 6:00 PM, followed by a regular Troop Meeting at 7:00 PM.
