Important West Point Post

Sorry for the last minute post.

We travel in Class A uniforms.

You will need to bring money with you for Lunch on Friday as well as Sunday.

Eat breakfast before you arrive at the hall at 5:45pm or bring a breakfast with you to eat on the road.

Departure Time - West Point Tomorrow AM

Tomorrow, May 1st, is the West Point Camporee. The departure time will be 6:00 AM from the Parish Hall. Please plan to be in the rear parking lot NO LATER than 5:45 AM.

There is also a regular Troop meeting tonight at Parish Hall at 7:00 PM.

Reminders

Good Morning - Happy Wednesday! Just a few reminders - there will be a regular Troop meeting tomorrow, April 30th at 7:00 PM upstairs at the Parish Hall. Any scouts and leaders who are attending the West Point camp out this weekend MUST return the signed releases (there are two) by tomorrow night. There are extras if you can't locate the ones that were handed out two weeks ago.

Caleb's Eagle Court of Honor

There will be an Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Caleb Savard this coming Friday, April 24th at the Parish Hall. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM.

Please come by and congratulate Caleb and his parents for this great achievement!

Thanks to everyone who came out on Saturday morning to help clean up the grounds around Sacred Heart!

Service Project at Sacred Heart

The grounds of Sacred Heart Church (our sponsor organization) need a little sprucing up after the long winter. The Troop will be meeting this coming Saturday, April 18th at 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM to help rake and clean up. All scouts need to bring will be a rake and some work gloves.

If this date needs to be rescheduled to due bad weather, I will post it here.
