Scoutmaster Specific Training

March 7th 8:30am-4pm at Camp Norse

Required training for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters. Goes over the role of the Scoutmaster, Troop Organization, Troop Meetings, Working with Boy Leaders, Patrol method, Patrol Leader's Council, Outdoor Program, Advancement, Program Planning, AND MORE! Get a chance to network and meet with other dedicated Scouters like yourself. Every boy deserves a trained leader, and we need you!

This training is also great for Troop Committee members to get a better understanding of how troops should operate.

To be "Trained" as a Scoutmaster or Assistant, you need this course AND Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills which will be offered April 24th-26th at Camp Norse.
