Just a reminder that Troop 20 will hold it's opening Troop Meeting for the 2019-2020 Scouting Year this Thursday, September 5th, at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall. 7:00 - 8:30PM as always.
We're starting our Troop meetings a little earlier this year to give us time to plan for some upcoming events, to start planning for SPL elections, and to continue our discussions about a possible merger with Troop 96 and how that would work. This should be a great Scouting year and we're working on planning a great program this year with an emphasis on campouts!
We looking forward to seeing ALL of our Scouts September 5th, in uniform and looking sharp.
Recruiting Day - September 21st:
This year we're going to be working on bringing more Scouts into Troop 20. On September 21st, Troop 20 will be hosting a recruiting event on the Middleborough Town Hall lawn.
We need all Scouts to help us run stations, showing what we do in the Boy Scouts!
We also need parents to help us out as well so if you can spare some time, it would be greatly appreciated! Please see any of the leaders this Thursday to coordinate what we need.
