Another call for help for one of our own (Note corrected dates)

This just came in,
As many of you know Joe O'Hara and his family have been fortunate enough to be selected for one of the Habitat for Humanity homes. The house is complete and they just heard that they can start moving stuff in NEXT weekend (7/7 & 7/8). His mom, Irene, would like to ask anybody who can help with man power and or truck/moving power for a hand. She will be renting a truck, and will provide food for volunteers. She realizes this is short notice and probably bad timing, but anyone who can help, please contact her directly to let her know who and how you can help. Her number is 508-858-8269. She will be moving between Middleboro and 16 South Pond Rd Plymouth( Rt 3 Exit 5.)

Mr. McKeon's knee surgery update/ Help kneeded!

Just had the 2nd  knee operated on, repaired the ACL using a tendon from the same knee.  All went well, down to just big band aids and aspirin. Able to walk around on it too. Staples come out Monday, but if you're into seeing those kind of things, here's a link to the knee surgery pictures, if you have the stomach:

Also, I have been asked again for some volunteers for Sunday July 22nd, at the MHA (Middleborough Historical Association) with their annual Ice Cream Sundae Social. I will be doing free twisty balloons, there will be free face painting, games and entertainment. This will be service time for you, and as an added incentive,  they will wave the Ice Cream Sundae fee for workers who help out. Please contact me (508) 496-8654 and let me know if you can help. they need help for about an hour at 9am to set up, help during the social with the games (2-4) and then a quick cleanup (4-4:30) This event will take place at the Museum grounds where Jimmy did his Eagle Project. Thanks
