Hike This Sunday

There will be a hike this Sunday, October 25th at the Morgan Property.  Hike departs promptly at Noon, and will return to the parking lot around 3:00 PM.  Please be sure to bring plenty of water, your scout ten essentials and dress for the weather.

Reminders

Good Morning!  Just a reminder, there will be a Troop Meeting tomorrow night, October 22nd upstairs at the Parish Hall at 7:00 PM.  Also, dues ($100.00) for the 2015-2016 scouting year are due by November 1st.

Lost Items From Washburn

Mr. Cassady is missing two items from the campout - apparently they were put in another vehicle.  If anyone has an extra bag and his hammock, please email me at castlebeckons@gmail.com.

Washburn Island - Arrival Time Home

The scouts who attended the Washburn Island campout should be back at Parish Hall around 12:30.  They are just at the Bourne Bridge now.

Washburn Island - PLEASE READ!

The overnight trip to Washburn Island for tomorrow is on - BUT WE NEED AN EXACT COUNT OF WHO IS ATTENDING.  This is an approximately 3 mile trip in a canoe or kayak - everyone attending must be able to complete this kind of trip.  If you ARE attending - please call or text Mrs. Melchin at (508) 631-9194 by 7:00 PM TONIGHT so we can get an accurate count.

Also, the Troop will provide only water - no food for this trip.  There will be hot water if needed, but you must bring your own meals and mess kits.  There will be no paper goods or silverware - so you must bring your mess kit.

The departure time is 7:00 AM tomorrow morning at the Parish Hall parking lot.  Please plan on arriving no later than 6:45 AM.

Meeting Location Reminder

Just a reminder, there is a Troop meeting tomorrow night (October 15th) at 7:00 PM.  Due to the Parish Hall being used for Generations of Faith, the meeting will be at the CENTRAL CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH at the corner of Webster and South Main Streets.

Reminder - Fall Court of Honor Tomorrow Night

Tomorrow night (Thursday, October 8th) is the Fall Court of Honor.  Setup is at 6:30 PM and the event begins at 7:00 PM.
