Just a reminder that we will be having a pre-camp meeting for all parents and scouts attending summer camp this year. It will be held this Sunday, July 29th at the Dunkin Donuts at the Middleborough rotary at 2:00pm.
The purpose is to go over any last minute details that you should be aware of for camp and to make sure we have all of the necessary paperwork in order. We will also share the plan for adult leader coverage so that you will know who will be watching over your scouts for the week.
IMPORTANT: If you have not yet given your final payment or medical forms, Parts A, B, & C, to Sherri Swindle, you MUST have these with you for this meeting.
Summer camp is getting close. We hope our scouts are getting excited and the leaders are all looking forward to a great week!
